Dean

Scott. A. McMillan, BA, JD serves as Dean and faculty member. Mr. McMillan received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of California at San Diego in 1988 and his Juris Doctorate from Western Sierra School of Law in 1999. Mr. McMillan founded and ran a successful computer distribution business for 16 years before taking up the practice of law.

Faculty

Shawn A. McMillan, BA, JD holds a Juris Doctorate from Western Sierra Law School, and is an active member in good standing of the California Bar. From 2000 through the present Mr. McMillan has maintained an active trial practice concentrating on business dispute litigation, shareholder dispute litigation, and Chapter 11 restructuring. Most recently Mr. McMillan was nominated for, and selected as, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association "Top Gun" trial attorney of the year in the area of Civil Rights for his work in the land mark parental rights case: Deanna Fogarty-Hardwick v. Orange County Social Services, et al. Mr. McMillan is the Vice-President and director of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of San Diego, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Asian Business Association of San Diego.


Evan A. Kalooky, BA, JD serves as a faculty member. Mr. Kalooky attended Georgetown University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Government. Mr. Kalooky is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Mr. Kalooky took and passed the California Bar Examination in February 2006 and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Alvin G. Kalmanson, BS, JD, LLM serves as a faculty member. Mr. Kalmanson attended New York University where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Laws in Trade Regulation. Mr. Kalmanson was the recipient of a New York State Scholarship and the Lester Memorial Scholarship. Mr. Kalmanson is licensed to practice law in California.
